All "Ready to Ship" products will be dispatched from our warehouse in 1-2 working days.

Customized or made to order products (Gift sets, hoop arts, crochet products) will take a minimum of 7 working days to dispatch.

All our products are carefully packed to ensure no damage in transit.

Our logistic partners are Delhivery, FedEx and India Post. Once the order is dispatched a tracking number and the link to track the product will be shared via e-mail and Whatsapp.

Delivery timelines vary from region to region. However, most of our products take a 7 to 10 working days to reach you.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We try our best to showcase the most appropriate product images with each and every detail of the product visible.

In case you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase simply drop us an email on vyoman.05@gmail.com with your order number or Whatsapp us on 9388828902 within 7 days of receiving the order, and we will initiate the return and refund process. No questions asked!

In case 7 days have passed, the order would be marked as closed and no returns would be initiated.

Customized or made to order products are not eligible for returns.

The paid amount would be deposited in your opted payment method in 5-7 business days.

While returning the products make sure to keep all the tags intact along with the free gift (if any) which you might have received with your ordered product.
